PAIVUS is at an early stage — we do not have open roles listed right now. As the platform grows past our first pilot properties, we will be looking for people who care about infrastructure that actually works for the operators who run it.

What we will look for when hiring

—Engineering — full-stack, comfortable with Next.js, Postgres, and building real-time systems

—Hospitality operations — people who have actually run or worked front desk at a hotel

—Customer success — onboarding independent operators who may be new to this kind of software
