PAIVUS provides hospitality operating system software to hotel and short-let operators. This policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. What we collect
Operator account details, guest reservation details, property and booking data, and usage data for support and reliability.
2. Why we collect it
To operate reservations, payments, and guest management. To calculate VAT compliance. To send booking confirmations on behalf of Operators.
3. Who controls guest data
The Operator is the data controller for their guests. PAIVUS acts as a data processor. Guests should contact the property they booked with directly.
4. How long we keep data
Reservation and payment records are retained for 7 years to meet UK tax obligations.
5. Where data is stored
Data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure in the EU/UK region. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, individuals have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data. Contact privacy@paivus.com.
